CONSULTATION

Once I’ve received your enquiry, I’ll give you a quick call to introduce myself and get to know a little more about you. From here i’ll have a good understanding of what your needs are, and how we can create something magic for you.

PROPOSAL

After our phone chat, I will create a visual mood board, and quote. The quote will include pricing for design, labour, hire items, delivery, setup, and packdown (if applicable). We can tweak the quote and mood board up until 6 weeks before your wedding, so don’t stress about finalising all of the details right now. We’re here to help give you an idea of pricing, what’s achievable within your budget, and ofcourse to make sure we’re the right fit!

CONFIRMATION

Once you’re happy and you feel like we are the perfect match, I will send you a contract and an invoice for our 20% booking deposit. I’ll then add your date to my calendar and begin the countdown to bringing your floral dreams to life.

In the lead up to the wedding, you can reach out whenever you need, otherwise I’ll touch base about 8 weeks out to finalise all of the details.

THE DAY

The wait is finally over, and we’re ready to work our little buts off to create the most beautiful floral arrangements for you. Grab that glass of champagne, sit back and relax.

We will deliver all of your personal flowers to you, and then we’ll get stuck into setting up your ceremony and reception flowers. If needed, we will relocate these to the reception. We also offer pack down and bump out.
